Online Personal Shopper.
As one of our Online Shoppers you will be our store ambassador delivering our customers on-line shopping orders to their homes or designated delivery addresses and when you are not out and about delivering, you will be in-store selecting products to fill our customer online "click and collect/delivery" shopping orders.
This will involve planning and organising the day-to-day picking, packing, processing and invoicing of all online customer shopping orders and when you have ticked off all shopping orders you help out in grocery or checkouts.
Additional duties include:
- Labeling, checking and secure storage of online shopping orders in staging area
- Assisting with loading of delivery vehicle
- Checking, clearing and cleaning collection lockers.
- Communicating with customers.
- Delivery of goods.
To succeed in this role, you will need outstanding customer service skills and your ability to engage and delight our customers must be a priority. You will also need attention to detail, the ability to accurately fill customer online shopping orders with pace and a smile, the ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines. You will need to be physically fit to meet the requirements of the role.
Flexibility, teamwork, co-operation and good communication skills coupled with the passion to deliver exceptional service are key.
Hours of Work:
Monday: 5am to 2pm
Tuesday: 5am to 2pm
Wednesday: 5am to 2pm
Thursday: 5a to 2pm
Sunday: 5am to 2pm
