Our company is looking for hands-on operations and customer support who can manage timely ongoing and incoming projects and assist in general and daily operations
Job description :
- Assist to planning, organizing and controlling the daily operation.
Maintain documentation in daily operation.
- Liaising with supplier, workers, partners and related parties to ensure that the service and goods are delivered and properly handed over.
- Plan and arrange daily schedule
-Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
- Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
-Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
-Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.
-Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
-Monitoring occupant satisfaction.
-Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
-Monitoring performance metrics.
-Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
-Maintain existing stock record.
-Monitoring work schedule, project costing and labour cost.
-Work with management to ensure the path to achieve company's objective and goals.
Requirements :
-Strong team player with a high level of integrity.
-Positive, passionate and responsible.
-Strong Communication Skills
-Good problem-solving skill
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Words
-Non-Experience / Entry level candidates applicants are welcome to apply
-Able to communicate in Mandarin and -----English as the job require to communicate with China Supplier and Customer.
