Responsibilities :
- Provide full range of general administrative and secretarial support to the Superior in managing his diary, the organisation of meetings and the maintenance of confidential documents and files.
- Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
- Assisting the Superior in collating reports from individual Company on a timely basis to achieve the Group desired goals.
- To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondences and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Superior.
- Provide a smooth communication between the Superior with the external relations. Work closely and effectively with the Superior to keep him well informed of upcoming program and keeping the Superior updated.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Receiving and coordinating email addressed to the Superior for their perusal and action.
- To carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
- To handle all ad-hoc matters and tasks as may be assigned from time to time as and when required.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess experience as a Secretary/Personal Assistant within Property Development Industry.
- Good command of English.
- Pleasant personality.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
