Roles & Responsibilities :

• Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and social media platforms

• Resolve customer service-related issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience

• Schedule walk-in/booked customer appointments ️

• Ensure proper handling of administrative work such as warranty claims, sales reports, quotations, tax invoices, etc.

• Uphold service image by dressing appropriately and professionally

• Recommend new products and services to customers to maximize sales

• Work as a team towards company targets

• Perform other assigned duties by Management ‍‍

Requirements :

• Minimum diploma or higher or equivalent qualification

• Strong team player with a positive work attitude and analytical mind ‍‍

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in the automobile industry would be an advantage

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Familiar with Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
