Personal Banker- Digital Services (Corporate)
We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Personal Banker in our Digital Services Department based in our San Jose Corporate Office.
As a Personal Banker in the Digital Services department, your major responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with new and existing members by serving as the main point of contact for individuals who have submitted loan applications, new membership and account applications through the credit unions digital channels.
Assisting members with all remote loans and new account requests while providing courteous and accurate service.
Interviewing members to identify lending and new account needs; process members loans. Effectively cross sell payment protection products (i.e. Wealth Protection, GAP etc.). Effectively explains mortgage products and services and provides real estate loan information to members.
Make quality referrals to mortgage loan partners. Sere as liaison between third party service providers and members throughout the process. Performing outreach activities (including following up with new members by telephone) as part of the Credit Unions new member onboarding process.
Proactively connecting with our members through outbound sales calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships. Conducting outbound sales calls using targeted lists. Interviewing members to identify additional financial needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services to serve those financial needs.
Achieving assigned goals that may include, but not be limited to, sales; revenue, account, and membership growth; member service; and services per household.
