Job Description :
Responsible for developing, implementing & managing overall digital marketing strategy of Toyota Malaysia.
Social Media & Content Marketing :
-Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & Twitter) with combined followers of 1.5M
-Develop social media calendar that integrates branding and product messaging, including product launches, campaigns, competitions, aftersales services, live and on-ground events
-Lookout for popular social media influencers to collaborate with - that fits into Toyota products, target market and brand DNA.
-Brainstorm and come up with out-of-the-box ideas and key concept for influencers content
-Planned and execute product photoshoots & video shoots for social media content sustenance
Website Management & First Party Data Utilization :
-Ensure timely website updates for all product launches/improvement, pricing or specs changes, ad-hoc campaigns with minimal error
-Improve the design, UX, traffic, functions and content of the website as well as adhere to the brand CI. Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
-Explore Tealium capabilities for more efficient customer segmentation and benefits to the business
-Work closely with regional team (Toyota Motor Asia Pacific) to add more website functionalities and improve digital customer journey
PPC Marketing & Lead Management :
-Oversee always-on monthly promo campaigns and monitor against set KPIS (leads volume, brochure download, store locator clicks), budget pacing and efficiency of the buys across multiple platforms (FB, Google, etc.)
-Evaluate new digital buy platforms and decide based on model’s requirements, target audience, marketing objectives (performance vs awareness) etc.
GAZOO RACING Support :
-Manage the on-ground content production for digital and social media usage
-Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
-Grow sustainable relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, leveraging those relationships to support business objectives
-Manage TGR livestreaming on Social Media Platform which includes copyrights documentation, KPI settings, buys pacing.
Reporting :
-Generate monthly reports on Excel, Socialbakers, Google Analytics to conduct digital trend analysis for UMW Toyota Management and UMW EXCO meeting consumption
-Use advanced and relevant metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
Digital Marketing Champion/ Trendsetter :
- Perform an active role as the key liaison to Facebook & Google to optimize digital marketing strategy
- Execute all ad-hoc digital marketing reports/ requests by management
- Manage digital marketing budget
-Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and able to take actionable items for the Toyota brand to stay relevant.
