Your gig :
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including appointment letters and necessary work pass application
- Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
- Update org charts and workforce plans (include vacancies, FTEs, sourcing costs and time-to-fill).
- Assist in the review of training and development needs.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and form
- Oversee leaver processes, exit interviews and prepare stats for regular internal analysis.

- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Assist with administrative task for the department.
- Support employee engagements plans.
- Support HR with related processes
- Support people satisfaction surveys and team reviews.
- Prepare HR stats for regular internal analysis.
All about you :
- Minimum 2-year hands-on HR administration experience with a proven ability to build solid and lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working with a high-profile consumer brand (ideally retail or hospitality)
- Solid understanding and application of contemporary HR practices, concepts and trends
- An innovative approach to operational HR practices, strength in coaching, performance management and service delivery

- Strong customer service ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated business acumen, excellent judgement and attention to detail
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) – intermediate
- Experience in a multi-site environment desirable
