Role Responsibilities :

Perform statistical analysis of large and diverse datasets, including conceptualization, data collection, preparation and wrangling, exploration, and reporting with forecasting and/or proposing solutions.

Place heavy emphasis on financial and data analysis. Conduct financial analysis and credit assessment of potential vendors and partners, assign risk ratings, and underwrite and adjust credit limits.

Monitor credit risk exposure and losses as the second line of defense (2LoD). Respond to portfolio loss trends by proposing changes to underwriting thresholds, balance credit risk exposures, and manage credit limits, ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and return.

Assist with credit risk management of a portfolio of business partners in North America as necessary.

Provide strong thought leadership in performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on credit risk trends and work together with other teams on potential solutions.

Able and willing to function individually with limited supervision, take ownership, and learn complex things quickly with limited information.

Role Requirements :

5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or credit risk management.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, data science, or a related field.

Strong background in financial and data analysis and credit risk management discipline.

Hands-on experience working with data and BI tools/languages such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced), Python, and preferably settlement systems.

Familiar with statistics, data science, big data projects, and preferably machine learning.

Salary :

The on-target earnings range is $99,705-138,000 USD per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
