Job Highlights :
The Role :
You will be responsible for the smooth execution of the day-to-day HR Administration functions while working with an energetic, highly motivated team.
You will also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple disciplines and take charge of your own duties.
Responsibilities :
- Hands-on daily HR operational matters
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Proper documentation of all files related to HR
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
Requirements :
- Certificate/Diploma in HR is preferred.
- Think out of the box and able to hands-on.
- Fast learner and problem solver.
- Intrapreneurial thinking.
Job Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Short notice starter is advantageous.
- Experienced in F&B/Retail industry advantageous.
