Job Scopes;
Training :

• Build training document, build training master plan, training procedures, user manual and policies to enhance training quality.

• Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as design and develop

• materials, assist trainers become internal certified, deliver training sessions, evaluate training programs, perform administrative tasks (scheduling classes, updating ELN systems) and etc

• Promote and develop company culture and core values through activities and engagements such as monthly birthday, work behavior red lines, Values Spokesperson and festival celebration etc .

Recruitment :

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

• Prepare recruitment materials and do the job posting on social media/ job portals.

Requirements :

• Diploma and above in any field

• Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to liaise with HQ China.

• Min 2-3 years of HR experiences in Manufacturing/ Logistics background.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Extremely strong resistance to pressure

• Diligent, dedicated, and strong team spirit.
