Your Mission :
To perform a variety of general purchasing support tasks in a demand and supply department including :
1. Review sales forecast from Trade Marketing to generate import supply plan from Kao’s affiliated companies using MRP spreadsheet on a weekly basis.
2. Monitor inbound shipment schedules and stock level.
3. Alert forwarding agent, 3PL, repacking planner and Trade Marketing when inventory level are at critical levels.
4. Review and update MRP parameters for effective replenishment order triggering.

5. Perform material data maintenance regularly.
6. Participate in monthly S&OP and NPD meeting to obtain demand & supply plan consensus.
7. Plan and monitor supply for phase-in and phase-out SKUs.
8. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirement :
1. Degree in SCM related courses or equivalents.
2. Good command of English, Malay and Mandarin.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability.

4. Proven experience working with cross functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements.
5. Minimum 2 years working experience with knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office.
6. Knowledge in MRP, shipping and import terms will be an added advantage.
