E-Commerce TikTok team is responsible for:

• Raising brand awareness of DASHER on TikTok platform

• Driving in more revenue via the channel by generate more sell-out

• Concreting customer loyalty throughout engaging content

What's your role?

• To host livestream session on TikTok platform (5 hours per day)

• To interact with customers throughout live broadcast / livestream

• To prepare the scripts and flows & making sure the livestream runs smooth

• As a front-liner or image of DASHER

What's the skill required?

• Good command (both spoken and written) in English and 中文

• Comfortable and passionate in front of the camera conducting live

• Bubbly, creative and confident personality

• Good team player and willing to go extra miles

• Experience or Background of Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Mass Communication, Media, Social Media would be an added advantage!

• Able to work on roster and shift arrangement: 5 working days a week and each day 9 hours including 1 hour for lunch or dinner. There will be 3 shift, 8am-5pm, 12pm-9pm, 3pm-12am.

Who’s there to support you?

Do not worry about packing parcel as we have our dedicated warehouse team to take it on. You and your team will be provided will all equipment needed to perform live session and video shooting event efficiently.

We might be new to TikTok but definitely not a newbie to e-commerce! You're always welcomed to initiate a great sharing session among other e-commerce team, to have some sparks in your mind on how to make TikTok into another significant platform for DASHER.

You will be involved into various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
